Hadleigh Castle

We was going to go to the farm but I didn't realise it was shut so we walked to the castle instead. There were such lovely views with the sun out so, of course, I had my camera.
Mia also enjoyed her first puddle experience.
(It was a muddy walk to say the least)

Park

I can't express more, how walking out and even just going to places like the park, helps out my mental health greatly. Exercise is such a savior for me and that is why I am always out and about. It has such a positive impact on my mental health and just makes general things seem much easier. It is a breathe of fresh air to just have in your busy days to let your brain feel more free and relaxed for a while and to be able to not have to be thinking about all the things you have to do and complete.

It also means I get to take my daughter to places she wants to go to and watch her being happy and enjoying herself. It allows my mind to appreciate what I have in life and to reanalyze what really is important. It is so easy to get caught up in all the things we think are relevant in our every day lives, but when you take a moment and some fresh air to breathe it allows you to see what really is relevant.
